What we collect
Information you enter. When you use our calculators, eligibility checker, or claim-assessment forms, you may enter details such as your branch of service, exposure history, claimed conditions, current disability rating, and contact information (name, email, phone). You choose what to share — the free tools work without you giving us contact details.
Automatically collected. Like most websites, we collect basic technical data (IP address, device/browser type, pages viewed) through privacy-respecting analytics and, where enabled, advertising cookies. This helps us understand what content is useful.
How we use it
- To generate your estimates and show relevant PACT Act / VA disability information.
- If you request a free assessment, to connect you with an accredited representative or attorney who may be able to help.
- To send you the updates or alerts you sign up for (you can unsubscribe anytime).
- To improve the site and measure which resources veterans find useful.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. If you ask to be connected with help, we share the details you provide with the accredited representative(s) matched to your request, so they can contact you. We also use trusted service providers (for hosting, email delivery, and analytics) who process data only on our behalf.
Advertising & cookies
We may display ads (including via Google AdSense) and use cookies to support the free tools. Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits. You can opt out of personalized Google advertising at Google Ads Settings and control cookies through your browser settings.
Your choices
You can use the calculators without giving contact information, unsubscribe from emails at any time, and request that we delete the contact details you submitted. To make a request, email beharris234@gmail.com.
